Cupboard door come off hinges need fixing

Two of the three screws securing the door close have fallen out. We have recovered one, but need a third screw and a handy man to replace them and secure the door closer to our office doo in Loraine st Capalaba.

My spare wardrobe has collapsed from the weight of the clothes hanging and items stored above. I need the shelving drilled or glued back into place.

My carport leaks between the gutter and the first batten. It's caused the wood in the first batten to rot. I want this batten removed and replaced as best as possible. It's 50x25 and approx 11m. I'm wanting to then seal it somehow, there was previously glue there but maybe a flashing or tape or something would be better. Happy to see offers, not sure how much it would cost.

Looking for a skilled handyman to remove some fittings from a hospitality venue that is closing down. The fittings were assembled offsite and installed at the venue so it needs to be uninstalled. There is a bar with stainless steel, some overhead light fixtures, and some curtains to be taken down.

Need someone to dispose of these 2 roller blinds and take to a transfer station.

Repair fly screen mesh and plastic cover around lock

A new door has been purchased and needs to be hung since our house has been painted also the door knob from the previous door needs to be attached. This includes cutting in the latch.

Would like to remount our TV in a different spot on our wall. May require cutting new hole in plasterboard for cords to thread through. It’s a Samsung frame TV 65”. It will be relocated approx 1m from existing position. See photos for new position (green painters tape). If possible would be great for someone to also repair plasterboard from old hole (can quote separately)

Install 4 pigots into the ground. I have the pigots but you will need to drill these into tiles and the below concrete. Please bring bolts and tools. Hole size is 12mm. See photos

We need someone to hang a curtain rod. You will require a step ladder as ceilings and door frame higher than usual. You will need to bring screws and plugs. We have the rod, curtain and hangers. It had been fitted before but not properly done and fallen down.

Need to install lock and door handle on a container shed. You will need to purchase a good anti-theft door lock and handle as part of the budget (let me know if it's in excess, and I can compensate if it's expensive).
